Accepting these terms

By creating a Perko parent account or using Perko, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Parent-controlled family accounts

The account holder must be an adult who is legally able to agree to these terms. The account holder creates and supervises child profiles, chooses what information to enter, protects the family code and PINs, and is responsible for activity within the family account.

Using Perko

Perko provides tools for family tasks, routines, progress, points, reward planning, reminders, and related features. You may use Perko only for lawful family purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload harmful material, impersonate another person, or use Perko to exploit or endanger a child.

Family rewards and third-party links

Points and rewards in Perko are family-planning tools, not money, stored value, or a promise by Perko to provide an item. Parents control reward approval, purchase, and fulfillment. Perko may show links that help a parent research a reward; any purchase takes place directly with the third-party retailer under that retailer’s terms. Perko is not the seller, payment processor, or fulfillment provider for those purchases.

Your content

You keep ownership of names, photos, tasks, notes, and other content you submit. You give Perko permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and protect the family service. You confirm that you have the right to submit it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Perko reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable. Features may change as the product improves. We will provide reasonable notice if a change materially reduces an active paid service or affects family privacy rights.

Account suspension and deletion

You may stop using Perko at any time. Parents can permanently delete the account and its associated family data from Settings. We may restrict or terminate an account that materially violates these terms, threatens safety or security, or is required to be restricted by law.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Perko is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Perko is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, third-party retailer actions, family reward decisions, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer protections.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will post the revised terms, update the effective date, and provide notice when required.
