Delete your account.

A parent can permanently delete the Perko account and all associated family data directly inside the app.

Delete inside Perko

  1. Sign in to the parent account.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Under Privacy & support, choose Delete account.
  4. Read the deletion notice, type DELETE, and confirm.
This is permanent. Deletion removes the parent account, child profiles, tasks, routines, completion history, points, reward choices, approvals, notifications, and device sessions. Live data is deleted immediately. Encrypted backup copies may take up to 30 days to expire.

Can’t access the app?

Email privacy@perkoapp.com from the parent account’s email address. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request. Never email a password or family PIN.
